Return Eligibility

We support a free and flexible return service. Customers may apply for product returns within sixty days after receiving their orders. All returned products must be in original condition, with intact packaging and unused status, to qualify for formal review and processing.

Return Application Process

Customers can initiate return and refund applications through the contact channel on our website contact page. All return requests will be reviewed and responded to by our customer service team in a timely manner.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products, all eligible refunds will be processed within five to ten business days. The actual arrival time of funds is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.

Refund Scope

Approved refunds cover the full product payment amount. In accordance with our service commitment, customers will not bear any additional fees related to order delivery and customs clearance.

Non-Returnable Situations

Products that are damaged due to personal use, improper storage, or artificial damage after receipt will not be eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right of final review for all return applications.
